We are not a law firm, chartered accountant firm, or company secretary firm. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice directly. All professional services are delivered by independent empanelled professionals (“Your Expert”) through the Platform.
2. Definitions
“Your Expert” means an independent consultant, chartered accountant, company secretary, or other professional who is empanelled on the Platform and may assist you in relation to compliance or administrative services. Your Expert is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of Mera Finance Wala.
“User” means any individual or business that submits a consultation request or uses the Platform in any manner.
3. Services
By submitting a consultation request on the Platform, you agree to:
- Be contacted by us or Your Expert via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding your request.
- Provide accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge.
- Not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
We act as a facilitator connecting you with Your Expert. The professional relationship, engagement, and any fees for professional services are between you and Your Expert. Mera Finance Wala is not a party to that engagement.
4. Lead Capture & Communication
The Platform collects your contact information (name, phone number, email, city, and service requirement) for the sole purpose of connecting you with Your Expert. By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted by us or Your Expert to discuss your requirements.
We do not collect any payment on the Platform. All fee discussions and payment arrangements are made directly between you and Your Expert.
5. No Professional Advice
All content on this Platform — including articles, guides, FAQs, and service descriptions — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Do not act on any information on this Platform without consulting a qualified professional.
6. Accuracy of Information
